Johnson Brothers is in search for a passionate and engaging National Luxury Brand Manager to join our National Supplier Performance Team. In this role, you will serve as an integral brand and sales resource in our markets, working to drive luxury brand growth and execution. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with account owners, key buyers, spirits managers and decision makers while playing an instrumental role in growing distribution and delivering education within the company and trade, in addition to activation, with the goal of increasing velocity.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
· Develop and maintain iconic/key specific target accounts list to grow the luxury portfolio through account performance and activation plans within all channels.
· Execute brand strategy in trade by activating visible retail displays, on premise menus, quality distribution and e-commerce online promotions.
· Manage execution of luxury allocations in relationship with key accounts.

 

Brand Building, Education And Expertise

· Plan and execute in-market luxury events to acquire new business, expose the brand(s), and grow sales with focus on engagement & retention of both customers and consumers.
· Partner with Supplier Performance Managers and supplier personnel to develop and execute pricing, programs and initiatives.
·
Serve as specific brand and competitive category expert, leveraging knowledge to optimize growth opportunities with customers and consumers.

Educate The Consumer And Trade Through Direct Interaction Including
· Providing brand expertise/training within the company and at consumer and key account levels.
· Provide consumer, channel, and competitive insights. Use insights to collaborate with brand and supplier sales teams to develop innovative programs and ideas.

Qualifications
· Dynamic and creative brand presenter with previous sales experience within the luxury spirits or adult beverage industry.
·
Proven experience working with iconic, luxury brands and interest in their development through building meaningful relationships with top retail and on premise customers (emphasizing in resorts, restaurants, and country clubs).
· Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (or analogous industry experience/skills).
· 2+ years of Luxury sales experience with a proven track record of territory growth and development
· Industry certifications preferred i.e.; CSW, CSS, WSET
· Impeccable time management.
· Superior organization and communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
· Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and be able to drive/travel across the Midwest 25% of the time.

The expected pay range for this role is $58,140.00 - $96,672.00. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
