National Account Manager - Drugstore & Pharma Channels

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic National Account Manager with solid experience in FMCG to manage key national clients in the Drugstore and Pharma channels. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact, lead a team, and actively contribute to our business success.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing national key accounts, aiming to maximize commercial performance and build strong, long-lasting relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and the European Regional Headquarters, in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.

About the Team

You’ll join a vibrant and collaborative sales team, where shared leadership, continuous learning, and career development are at the heart of our culture. You’ll work alongside talented professionals in Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management of key national clients in the Drugstore and Pharma channels.
  • Development and execution of effective commercial and promotional plans.
  • Performance analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Design and implementation of channel strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Management of customer P&L and commercial budget.
  • Leadership and coordination of a sales team, both in-office and in the field.
  • Collaboration with internal functions and the European Regional Headquarters.
  • Ongoing market and consumer trend monitoring.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in Key/National Account roles within FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Drugstore and Pharma channels.
  • Proven experience in negotiating national and multi-level agreements.
  • Team management experience with strong motivational and leadership skills.
  • Degree in Economics or related fields.
  • Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Fluent English (professional level).
  • Bonus: experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management.
