 What you’ll do

  • Run Real Projects: Help manage translation projects from start to finish—planning, scheduling, and working with global teams and vendors.

  • Work with Global Partners: Communicate with translation vendors, give feedback, and help ensure top-notch quality.

  • Boost Our Workflows: Spot ways to make our processes better and faster—especially using AI and automation.

  • Explore New Tech: Research and test the latest in machine translation and AI tools to help us stay ahead.

  • Check the Quality: Review translated content to make sure it’s accurate, polished, and on-brand.

  • Document What Works: Help us capture best practices and workflows so others can build on your work.

 What you'll bring

  • Education: You’re a senior, 2nd or 3rd co-op, or grad student/recent grad in a related field.

  • Languages: You speak and write English fluently—and at least one other language really well.

  • Tech-Savvy: You’re curious about AI and translation tools. Experience with MT or CAT tools is a plus.

  • Problem Solver: You love improving how things work and aren’t afraid to ask “why not?”

  • Great Communicator: You can explain complex ideas clearly and confidently.

The pay range for this co-op opportunity is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience.

The above range is the expected hourly rate for this position.
