To provide a relief function for Teller, Collections Consultants and Cash Migration Official in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the smooth running of functional areas.

Are you someone who can

• Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the performance standards.
• Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to Self Service.
• Ensure customer's needs and expectations are understood and solutions provided.
• Deal with customer complaints, relating to collection activities and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
• Maximize cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Comply with procedures and processes contained in the Golden Rules.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

• Have  a  degree  in  Bachelor  in Business Management, Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• Have  1 -3  years  of  experience  in  a  similar  environment.
• Have knowledge of the Bank’s products (it will be an added advantage).
