The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy Transformers
– Business Solutions IT Organization as a Multi-Site IT Site Delivery Manager, where you’ll lead IT service delivery for a cluster of factories and offices across a geographical area. This is your chance to shape IT operations that drive business growth and innovation. You’ll be the trusted partner for site leadership, ensuring seamless infrastructure, robust cybersecurity, and reliable application support. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage vendor relationships, guide IT professionals, and champion process excellence to deliver exceptional service performance. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead IT service delivery for multiple sites and factories.

  • Act as the primary contact for IT suppliers and global teams.

  • Oversee ticket management, triage, and escalation processes.

  • Drive infrastructure support and governance onsite.

  • Manage IT build projects and ensure machine connectivity.

  • Provide first-line application support and cybersecurity response.

  • Plan and control IT budgets for assigned sites.

  • Guide and develop IT team members for success.

  • Site  IT Site Delivery Managers- Work Onsite to the site or factory cluster you are assigned to.


Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 10+ years of IT experience.

  • Minimum 7 years in IT roles, with 3+ years in IT management.

  • Strong project management experience in global environments.

  • Experience in complex stakeholder scenarios, cross-functional problem solving and advanced understanding of IT procedures and policies, together with end-to-end business processes knowledge.

  • Flexibility to manage multiple shifts of IT resources in a factory environment.

  • Expertise in ITIL, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations.

  • Fluent in English and local language of the region.

  • Experience in manufacturing IT environments is a plus.
