Collaborate with the best

As Enterprise country leader he/she will represent Baker Hughes in Mozambique. He/She will be the managing director for Baker Hughes legal entities. He/She develop initiatives in country with the extended Baker Hughes team supporting the segments business strategy and growth.

Senior role to develop initiatives in country, C-level and local authorities relationship promoting and fostering BH business strategy and growth in country


 

As a Mozambique Enterprise Growth Market Leader , you will be responsible for:

  • Representing the company in the country across the major authorities and the International Oil Companies
  • Coordinating with Regional Baker Hughes directors (IET and OFSE)
  • Supporting Government Relations Affairs
  • Scouting business opportunities at Baker Hughes level and coordinating with the Baker Hughes stakeholders
  • Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
  • Identifying execution strategies through partnering with sales leaders while ensuring a profitable and long-term growth
  • Ensuring processes and policies are compliant within the country on all business aspects
  • Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions
  • Coordinate local content development projects and initiatives


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Have proven experience in LNG roles, upstream offshore and local content planning and execution within the energy industry or a related field, with significant exposure to market and Customers’ relationships.
  • Have excellent leadership, executive communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurship, self-driven attitude and business acumen
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Have excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Champion of Baker Hughes’ values and an enabler for top talents’ attraction and development.  Communicates in a human voice and engages with authenticity.  Creates an inclusive and diverse environment.
