Overview

An Audio Visual Developer is a skilled professional who specializes in video editing and motion design. As an AV at Monks, you will be responsible for creating engaging audiovisual content that brings our clients' projects to life. You will work collaboratively with creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia assets for digital campaigns, ensuring that all content aligns with brand objectives and enhances overall storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation of audio-visual content, encompassing video editing, motion design and sound design across diverse platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to transform concepts into engaging audio-visual experiences.
  • Leverage industry-standard software and tools to produce high-quality sound and visual elements.
  • Assist in managing project timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery of multimedia content while adhering to specifications.
  • Review and evaluate audiovisual outputs, ensuring they meet .Monks' standards for quality and creativity.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in audio-visual technology and trends to inform your work and enhance production techniques.
  • Support client meetings by presenting ideas and receiving feedback, ensuring that content aligns with client needs and expectations.

 

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in audio-visual development or production with a solid portfolio showcasing your skills in video editing, Motion Graphics and sound design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition) and familiarity with other audio-visual production tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas that resonate with audiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and professional.
