At P&G Health Care, we are looking for a passionate Medical Sales Representative who is eager to drive our brands and make a positive impact on patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.

Main Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person visits to physicians and pharmacies in Quetzaltenango and travel to Huehuetenango, Totonicapán, and San Marcos.
Review monthly data on physicians’ prescribing behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Deliver scientific and strategic information to healthcare professionals to increase the prescription share of the assigned portfolio.
Ensure execution of Brand Plans and micro-marketing activities with key physicians and pharmacies.
Generate demand, drive prescription growth for promoted products, and report activities through digital tools (e.g., Veeva).
Participate in medical congresses, training programs, and educational events to stay updated and strengthen relationships with opinion leaders.
Monitor competitor actions and share insights with marketing and leadership teams to optimize strategy.
Comply with pharmacovigilance guidelines by reporting any adverse events within 24 hours.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in medical sales or similar roles.
Strong familiarity with the regions of Quetzaltenango, Huehuetenango, Totonicapán, and San Marcos.
Proven track record in managing physician relationships, developing partnerships, and negotiation.
Other Requirements:
Own vehicle and availability to travel within the assigned territory.
Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and strong results orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Immediate availability.
