At P&G Health Care, we are looking for a passionate Medical Sales Representative who is eager to drive our brands and make a positive impact on patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily in-person visits to approximately 11–12 physicians and 4 pharmacies in La Serena, Coquimbo, and Ovalle , as well as 2-day visits to Copiapó.

  • Review monthly prescribing data to identify growth opportunities and maintain sales performance.

  • Deliver scientific and strategic information to healthcare professionals to increase the prescription share of the assigned portfolio.

  • Ensure effective execution of Brand Plans and micro-marketing activities with key physicians and pharmacies.

  • Generate demand and drive prescription growth for promoted products, reporting activities through digital tools (e.g., Veeva).

  • Participate in medical congresses, training programs, and educational events to stay up to date and strengthen relationships with opinion leaders.

  • Monitor competitor actions and share relevant insights with marketing and leadership teams to optimize local strategy.

  • Comply with pharmacovigilance guidelines by reporting any adverse events within 24 hours.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related scientific fields.

  • Experience: Previous experience (3–5 years) in medical sales or similar roles is required.

  • Regional Knowledge: Proven familiarity with the regions of La Serena, Coquimbo, Ovalle, and Copiapó.

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are mandatory.

  • Strong digital and technological skills, including the use of territory management tools (DDD).

  • Demonstrated teamwork, achievement orientation, and a “can-do” attitude with the ability to deliver innovative results.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Immediate availability.
