As a Medical Expert you will play a meaningful role in demonstrating your scientific expertise to integrate these solutions into the healthcare system for both present and future needs.
You will bring:
Medical Expertise: Provide scientific and clinical expertise in assigned disease areas, including but not limited to pipeline products, diagnostics and digital healthcare solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to integrate healthcare insights into actionable strategies, driving better patient outcomes.
External Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders to shape clinical practices and provide high-value medical solutions.
Evidence Generation: Identify and communicate evidence gaps and evidence generation needs, and support data generation activities.
Medical Compliance: Ensure compliance with the highest ethical, scientific and quality standards by reviewing content, supporting medical education initiatives, and maintaining patient safety.
Who you are:
University Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
Deep understanding and high quality of interpretation of scientific publications and the ability to effectively communicate complex clinical data to diverse audiences
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in translating medical insights into actionable strategies for both internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage complex problems, foster collaboration, and think strategically
Strong knowledge of clinical practices, diagnostics, and emerging healthcare technologies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Bosnian/ Croatian/ Serbian language, and adept at working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Driving license and willingness to travel per business requirements
Information technology literacy
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in life science or pharmaceutical industry
Understanding of healthcare trends, regulatory environments, and evidence generation strategies
Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with medical education and training initiatives.
