Join Humana’s growing Medicaid Marketing team, supporting a line of business that provides insurance and care options for low-income individuals, families, and those with disabilities. Medicaid marketing is regulated at the state level, so this role requires an understanding of state-specific regulations that govern marketing efforts in each contracted market.
As a Medicaid Product Marketing Professional, you will play a key role in developing and deploying marketing campaigns using both traditional and digital tactics. You will review and contribute to marketing strategies that resonate with Medicaid audiences while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Collaboration is essential—you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with Humana’s standards.
This position requires knowledge of Humana’s retail marketing strategy and operating objectives, including matrixed connections across teams. You will make decisions about your own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, with minimal supervision and guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior professionals in preparing and opening new Medicaid markets.
- Manage projects for member and/or provider communication assets.
- Coordinate internal and external reviews of marketing materials.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Compile and report state-specific updates.
- Assist with research projects and participate in strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, or media marketing.
- 1+ year of experience reviewing and communicating marketing metrics.
- Prior experience and demonstrated ability to measure marketing campaigns and manage budgets.
- Prior experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI (e.g., engagement, conversion, cost-per-acquisition).
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Marketing or advertising agency experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Passion for improving consumer experiences and contributing to organizational success.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$71,100 - $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
