Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer – HVAC & PHE/Fire Fighting

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in HVAC and PHE-Fire Fighting services. The candidate should bring over 20 years of design and engineering experience, having successfully delivered national and international projects across sectors such as Commercial, Retail, Data Centers, Airports, Residential, and Infrastructure. The role requires strong technical leadership, design management, and multidisciplinary coordination skills to deliver world-class engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and engineering of HVAC and PHE-Fire Fighting systems for complex, large-scale projects.
- Develop and review design concepts, drawings, technical specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant international and national codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Provide strategic input in project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and other engineering disciplines for integrated design solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and design teams to enhance technical excellence.
- Review and approve vendor designs, material submissions, and shop drawings.
- Support project execution with site coordination and technical issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 20+ years of proven experience in HVAC and PHE-Fire Fighting system design.
- Expertise in international and national projects across multiple sectors (Commercial, Retail, Data Centres, Airports, Residential, Infrastructure).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Elite, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client coordination abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with sustainable design, energy-efficient systems, and green building standards.
- Exposure to BIM processes and advanced project delivery methodologies.
