Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on aircraft, ensuring compliance with Brazilian aeronautical regulations, manufacturer manuals, and technical documentation, with the goal of maintaining full operational reliability and airworthiness of the fleet.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and both scheduled and unscheduled inspections on aircraft, in accordance with the Daily Maintenance Report (RDM), Work Orders (OS), Maintenance Sheets, and manufacturer manuals, ensuring full adherence to the Aircraft Maintenance Program and regulatory standards.
• Conduct pre-flight, between-flight, and post-flight inspections, ensuring that all items listed in the relevant inspection sheets are verified and that the aircraft is in safe operating condition for all planned missions.
• Execute scheduled inspections and component replacements according to the maintenance planning system (RAMCO), ensuring that all required inspections and component life limits are properly followed.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, following manufacturer procedures and safety standards.
• Record all maintenance activities accurately in the applicable logs and systems, ensuring traceability, compliance, and alignment with the company’s quality and safety management system.
• Support the continuous improvement of maintenance processes by suggesting technical and procedural enhancements that increase efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Maintain the work area organized and compliant with safety and cleanliness standards, preventing risks and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices with lower-level mechanics, supporting the development of less experienced team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, within the scope of the position and the company’s operational needs.
