This Systems Engineer – Level 4 role will sit in either our Morrisville, NC, Linthicum, MD, or Dulles, VA sites.
This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
In this job:
This role will provide technical leadership and oversight for complex space systems projects and is responsible for coordinating Systems Engineering activities across Space Vehicle, System SEIT, and Communication Payload Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), as well as managing external interfaces and ensuring systems integration. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams in supporting the development and maturation of the overall System design and architecture as the program progresses and ensure the successful execution of deliverables to meet program milestones.
Responsibilities:
This position is contingent upon clearance verification and transfer to the NG sponsored program as well as continued ability to maintain required clearance level.

Primary Level Salary Range: $124,900.00 - $206,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
