Lead & Support  Business Continuity Plan 

Generate KPI for Materials Department(Die Cast)

Schedule materials activities to support the production plan and balance work loading.

Maintains material inventory levels within pre-established objectives. SOMI, VMI Programs, Inventory Amount $ according to AOP Target with Inventory Optimization Initiatives OSMI Reduction

Define robust control to improve the schedule adherence  %. Work with functional teams to measure the performance in each Work Center

Ensures that Allegion policies are communicated to materials collaborators and employs practices consistent with these policies.

Work with the commodity Managers to develop a Dual Source for materials with potential risk (supply/price)
Follow Corporate Procurement Practices and Procedures when making decisions concerning negotiating, sourcing, and contracting for all RM

Maintain supplier and part attributes in the ERP system. (Assure the Parameters in the Oracle system)

Receives demand Orders and forecasts from Ensenada's team and customers, checks for accuracy, commits to inventory, and delivery date based on availability of materials, customer needs, and production schedules.

Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for SIOP & WCP.

Develop robust inventory strategies to establish high customer service, fulfilling our delivery promises. (Responsible for FR across the Supply Chain)
Re-evaluate the current inventory model and define a Stronger & Capable Inventory Model for Runners / Repeaters / Strangers

Responsible for production plans and priorities based on customer requirements and production efficiency. 

Communicate  shortages of RM to the Materials Manager and the Escalation Process

Responsible for NPI (Die Casting) (Accelerated introduction of new items, reducing lead times, designing flexible supply chains, and robust inventory strategies)

Responsible for PPVs' Impacts

Responsible for Freight Control / over-cost

Define an operating model for the Materials department that is connected to the quality management system and implement an annual review to refine the Design Process and Procedures. 
(Responsible for Optimizing Process & Procedures ISO) 

Deploy action plans to enhance Materials team engagement (Die Cast), gaining the best of what our collaborators have to offer

Continue to lead EHS to world-class performance levels. Support initiatives enhancing Allegion's work environments 

Identify tools to improve the BIAS ( Forecast Veracity) 

Frequently assess talent and people organizational capabilities, establish action plans to attract, retain, and develop key talent, and ensure bench strength for key positions.

Responsible for re-evaluating once a month the Lead Times according to Logistic and/or raw material situations.

Ensure the employee's psychological well-being (Work-life Balance), through establishing and improving all the processes in the Material Department
Ensure  the Technical Competency for each Role in the Materials Department
