Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and process incoming materials and shipments.
  • Accurately detail and maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure flawless organization and storage of materials in the warehouse.
  • Prepare materials for shipment, adhering strictly to safety and quality standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Working knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping applications
  • Collaborate with team members to determine and successfully implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months minimum experience in shipping and receiving required.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Should possess a keen eye for detail and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and vendors.
  • The employee will be required to stand and/or walk up to 7 hours a day and/or sit for up to 5 hours a day; use hands to handle or feel objects to pack shipments and use keyboard for entering orders
  • Employee will be exposed to cold temperatures while checking and stocking products in the Cold Room/Refrigerator

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $21.76–$27.55.
