Job Description Summary

As a Data Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of supplier and customer records across our financial systems.

This full-time hybrid position (3 days in-office) is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in master data maintenance, system administration, and a passion for compliance and continuous improvement.

You’ll be part of our Transaction Services team based in Collins Street, supporting critical business functions and engaging with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to uphold corporate compliance standards.

About the Role

  • Maintain accurate and compliant supplier and customer data in financial systems.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for suppliers and customers.
  • Support system administration tasks related to our corporate expense platform (Concur).
  • Respond to data entry and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to validate and cleanse data.
  • Champion compliance policies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Skills and experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in system/database administration, master data maintenance, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Passion for compliance, data governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with financial systems (ERP); SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Prior experience with workforce compliance systems (e.g., HSE, HRIS) is advantageous.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to analyse large datasets.
  • Exposure to the telecommunications or utilities industry is desirable.
