Viridien is seeking a Marketing Technology & Data Manager to lead the design, optimization, and integration of our digital marketing technology ecosystem. This role ensures our martech stack supports marketing and communications strategies aligned with Viridien’s business goals.
You’ll join a dynamic, collaborative marketing team that partners closely with Sales, Communications, and IT. Together, we drive digital transformation, improve customer engagement, and deliver data-driven marketing strategies that strengthen Viridien’s global presence.
Lead and optimize Viridien’s martech stack and integrations across platforms.
Manage CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Implement tagging, tracking, and attribution frameworks (GA4, GTM, UTMs).
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data governance policies.
Develop a 12-month martech roadmap and track performance against KPIs.
Mentor team members and support process standardization.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Martech, CRM, or Marketing Operations (B2B preferred).
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, and CMS tools.
Strong understanding of data integration, automation, and attribution.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Drupal, SEMrush, or CookiePro.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
Background in marketing analytics, data compliance, or UX optimization.
