The company is a global cryptocurrency exchange platform providing a comprehensive suite of trading services — including spot, margin, futures, and over-the-counter (OTC) options. It supports a wide range of trading pairs and offers additional features such as credit card purchases, staking, flexible savings, lending, and borrowing, accessible via both web and mobile applications.
They’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help grow our presence in the Turkish crypto market. The role involves planning and executing online and offline campaigns, managing local partnerships and influencer collaborations, and supporting brand visibility through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns to strengthen the platform’s presence in Turkey, covering both online and offline initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand user behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics in the Turkish crypto market.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to produce engaging content across social media, community channels, and events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and community partners to expand marketing reach.
- Support customer success teams with market insights and user feedback to refine messaging and engagement strategies.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- Based in Turkey or with at least 4 years of living experience in the country.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles; experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a strong advantage.
- Background in traditional internet or marketing-related studies preferred.
- Young, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable in execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; fluency in Turkish is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital and community marketing channels including social media, events, and influencer collaborations.
