Role Purpose
The role is responsible for implementing the roll-out of marketing initiatives to support our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) business, which includes property management, project & development services, integrated facilities management and workplace strategy. The person in this role will work closely with the Marketing Director, as well as global marketing colleagues. They’ll partner with the REMS ANZ leadership team as well as the associated business, research and centres of excellence (COEs = digital, brand, communication, events, etc) to support the business’s growth and strengthen JLL’s market positioning through marketing campaigns. Duties will include the execution of campaigns including rollouts, digital marketing, event management, content idea generation and development, collateral development, reporting, PR and client communications. This role will also oversee day-to-day marketing and communications activities for the REMS business.
What this job involves
Marketing alignment and development:
Business alignment - work as part of the REMS Marketing team to ensure that marketing activities (product/service/sectors) are aligned with the broader REMS growth strategy and business priorities.
Campaign management and execution – work with the Marketing Director, local leadership and regional and global teams, as well as centres of excellence, to localise and implement global campaigns in the ANZ market. Work closely with business leadership to identify and deliver any specific local campaigns required to meet ANZ business priorities.
Marketing and Communications:
Content marketing – work closely with the Marketing Director, research and editorial content teams as well as wider business to develop content, co-ordinate its output and integration into marketing campaigns to amplify JLL’s thought leadership across strategic topics.
Digital marketing – partner with the Digital CoE to co-ordinate the development and delivery of digital solutions for internal and external REMS initiatives with a strong focus on social and paid media and JLL.com.
Collateral development – execute the development and publication of local marketing collaterals and the localisation of global/regional material, aligned with REMS global value propositions and messaging. This may include emails, brochures, videos, content plans including social media and PR, and other promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.
Client communications – create, distribute and report on effectiveness of regular and ad-hoc client communications.
Events and sponsorship – work with and the Marketing Director and business line teams to identify and manage major client events and sponsorship opportunities – including event management and execution, content strategy, messaging, external promotion and creative execution. Identify opportunities to pitch senior leaders for speaking opportunities and amplify across relevant channels.
Media and PR - Partner with the ANZ media team to amplify research, major deal announcements, new senior appointments and identify opportunities for campaigns.
Brand management – provide advice and guidance to business stakeholders in the application of JLL’s brand guidelines as they relate to client or vendor-specific applications.
Measurement – provide measurement and ROI analysis across projects and campaigns.
Administration:
Work with creative services (the firm’s internal production team) to ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the JLL’s brand guidelines.
Maintain project files, including budgets and production schedules.
Track marketing and communications metrics and generate monthly/quarterly reports.

Education to degree standard or equivalent.
Demonstrable experience executing B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in multinational corporations
Understanding of digital marketing processes, techniques, and tactics.
Solid writing ability e.g. client stories/case studies, editorial and social media posts
Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
Proven ability to collaborate well and work with multiple agencies and teams
Proactive, flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines and participate in global (out of hours) calls/meetings.
Some marketing work experience in progressive, matrixed organisations is preferred.
