We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, Federal to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing – Federal, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing data-driven, cross-segment marketing plans for the Federal region that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness
  • Leveraging tools like SFDC, intent data, and Tableau to enhance targeting and guide key accounts through the buyer’s journey
  • Building strong partnerships with marketing, sales, and channel teams to deliver a unified GTM strategy
  • Strategically planning and executing multi-channel programs and impactful customer experiences, including events, digital series, roundtables, partner events, and user groups
  • Helping to build customer stories, use cases, and champion builder programs within Federal that evangelize our differentiation, value, and relationships

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Experience marketing to public sector organizations, specifically to the U.S. Federal government
  • 5+ years of experience in a field marketing role, with a track record of delivering measurable marketing results
  • Experience tracking ROI and analyzing performance across campaigns, events, and programs
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to align across levels and functions and deliver a unified “One Zscaler” experience
  • Willing and able to travel within territory (up to 30%)

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in a high-tech environment developing demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience with both digital and in-person marketing tactics, including live events, ABM campaigns, and partner programs
  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end campaigns and events in the IT or cybersecurity industry

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$122,500$175,000 USD
