Marketing Manager – Everyday Banking & Digital Experiences

The Customer, Marketing and Communications team bring together all the key functional teams responsible for both bringing the customer to life for Bankwest and for bringing Bankwest to life for customers.

We create and deliver customer-led propositions, share ideas and insights to influence customer-led thinking across the business and create and deliver compelling stories to help all of our audiences (colleagues, customers, the community, partners, stakeholders and the local government) understand who Bankwest is.

Your team:

The Brand and Marketing team is a multi-disciplinary team bringing together strategy and planning, sponsorships, brand, social and marketing to drive brand fame that attracts customers through best-in-class marketing planning and execution.

This role sits in the Chief Family Finance Officers (CFFO) Marketing Team, reporting to the Marketing Communications Lead. This team is responsible for the development and delivery of compelling marketing initiatives across everyday banking and digital experiences, focused on driving growth and engagement with CFFOs, our core target market.

Your impact and contribution:

  • Development and implementation of marketing initiatives across everyday banking products.
  • Manage the delivery of tactical acquisition campaigns with creative and media agency partners, supporting on proposition development.
  • End-to-end reporting on marketing impact to business results across a variety of performance dashboards.
  • Stakeholder management across the CMC, and broader business functions including product owners, customer and user experience, planning, compliance and customer insights.
  • Ensure organisational alignment, minimising risk and optimising campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget management associated with marketing outcome delivery.

Your skills and experience:

  • Intellectual curiosity, with a passion for finding ways to do things better, and a strong growth mindset.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across online and offline media
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance, problem solve and optimise for best performance using channel knowledge, performance history and market insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal presentation skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Figma), project management and budget management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and advertising functions.
  • Tertiary marketing qualifications or equivalent.
