POSITION SUMMARY:
Accountable for Migraine E.N.D. field and developing marketing/business strategies/platforms such as brand management, product development, marketing communications; Use customer insights to prioritize/direct content creation to achieve financial targets. Position requires outstanding communications and leadership skills with proven success in traditional and innovative campaigns across the broad spectrum of marketing channels. Demonstrated ability to develop people and build marketing capabilities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable
1. Lead portfolio or big strategic brand strategies and plan
2. Review and actively contribute to brands plan and A&P allocation
3. Lead the review of product life cycle management strategy with cross function team.
4. Review the key Campaigns Development and execution, select best fitting modules for the portfolio and brand needs
5. For the big strategic brand marketing manager
6. Promo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials
7. Develop promotional meetings strategy Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory)
8. Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical
Shared Accountability
1. Develop the OP plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations
2. Long-range forecasting Revenue adjustments, as needed
3. Develop effective org. structure
4. Develop MKT team competency
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in medical or medicine, master's degree and MBA preferred 2. Proficient oral and written English
3. 15 years marketing experience with above18 months SBM experience
