 Job Description Summary
 We are seeking a proactive, organised and creative Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) to join our Dublin team and support the Senior Marketing Manager across all service lines in Ireland. The role involves developing and coordinating targeted, brand‑aligned content and campaigns, managing content calendars, digital channels and event materials, and tracking campaign performance to deliver measurable business outcomes across Dublin and the Regions. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across teams and markets, manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and adoption of marketing best practices, and contribute to enhancing market presence and strengthening client engagement. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to multitask on multiple projects, familiarity with digital marketing and analytics, and a results‑driven mindset; this role directly supports Cushman & Wakefield’s strategic objectives and business growth.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate marketing initiatives that align with the firm’s strategic objectives.
  • Create targeted, brand-aligned content for various marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leadership, creative, research, and digital specialists.
  • Support campaigns and projects that enhance market presence and brand visibility.
  • Contribute to client engagement efforts through tailored communications and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing outcomes to inform improvements and maintain effectiveness.
  • Working closely with Research & Insights to amplify each report through own channels and PR.
  • Organise and manage internal and external events that focus on staff and client experiences.
  • Managing Social Media content on various platforms

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing and/or business development within a professional services or corporate environment
  • Proven experience in content creation for digital and print channels, including copywriting, visual assets, and campaign content
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, focused on producing high‑quality, brand‑aligned content
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
  • Strong attention to detail in design, messaging, and brand presentation
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance (ROI) and inform future strategies
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
