What you will do:
Act as the primary liaison for the Global Water team with creative services, advocating for their needs and priorities.
Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing communication plans aligned with business goals.
Manage creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to service level agreements.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all communication channels.
Produce and oversee marketing assets including brochures, presentations, videos, digital content, and social media campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment and strategic clarity.
Provide regular updates, performance metrics, and insights to stakeholders.
Offer strategic counsel on messaging, digital marketing, and content development.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in marketing communications.
Proven ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in developing compelling, audience-specific communication strategies.
Exceptional writing skills with versatility across formats and platforms.
Business acumen and curiosity to understand and communicate complex topics.
Ability to translate feedback and ideas into actionable content.
Experience guiding teams and subject matter experts on messaging and strategy.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights for decision-making.
Fluency in English.
