Job Description

Lead data analytics and strategic initiatives, developing and managing analytical models and tools to interpret market data, track KPIs for marketing activities, Collaborate with brand strategy teams to drive data-driven insights for brand development, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive market analysis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create a strategic measurement strategy against lead and lag metrics. Define and track KPIs to assess cross segment campaign effectiveness across channels and touchpoints, encompassing brand awareness, perception, customer engagement, and market share metrics.

  • Providing data visualization and reporting. Defining reporting requirements, creating and maintaining dashboards for team use.

  • Collaborate in defining the right business questions, answerable by data & insights.

  • Creation and segmentation of Audience data for insights or campaign targeting use. 

  • Deliver analytical models if necessary, or project managing models through capability channels.

  • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative environment for a team of analysts and marketing analytics professionals.
