Market Access Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop and implement national and local market access strategies to ensure optimal patient access to treatments.
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, including health economic analyses and market positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare providers, and policymakers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, commercial, and finance, to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
  • Monitor and analyze healthcare policies, pricing, and reimbursement trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Represent GSK in discussions with regulatory bodies and other external partners to support market access initiatives.


Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health economics, pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system, including reimbursement processes and payer decision-making.
  • Ability to synthesize clinical and health economic data into clear, impactful messages for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in German (minimum at C1 level) and English, both written and spoken.


Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience working with regulatory bodies, payers, or other healthcare stakeholders in Switzerland.
  • Proven experience in market access, pricing, or health economics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of cost-effectiveness modeling and budget impact analysis.
  • Familiarity with the development and implementation of pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to integrated strategies.
