We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our manufacturing team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about precision, flight testing, and solving technical challenges. What you’ll do:

  • Conduct offsite flight tests to evaluate UAS performance, safety, and reliability

  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, firmware updates, and repairs

  • Test mechanical and electronic components using standard tools and documentation

  • Troubleshoot and rework assemblies based on test results

  • Inspect sub-assemblies and final systems for quality compliance

  • Build and test prototypes in collaboration with engineering

  • Maintain accurate production and test records

  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards

  • Meet production quotas while maintaining high quality

  • Support other manufacturing tasks as needed

What you need:

  • Required: Associate degree or certifications in a relevant technical field

  • Required: FAA Part 107 drone pilot license (or willingness to obtain one) and prior drone operation experience

  • Required: Skilled in using measurement and hand tools (e.g., multimeters, calipers)

  • Required: Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Required: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Advantage: 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Advantage: Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics

  • Advantage: Experience with mechanical assembly and IPC standards (IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD-001)

  • Required: Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
