As Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for solving technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Designing and planning for the production operations, also new product introduction
Analyzing and improving non conformance material
Improving efficiency and reducing cost
Suggesting improvements in products continuously, manufacturing processes and procedures
Handling standardized manufacturing processes, setting up guidelines for choosing the right actions
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and some knowledge in Mechanical
Have more than five years experience of a similar role in manufacturing industry
Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
Have experience of handling emergencies in the factory
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English (TOEIC Score is over 600)
