The Manager, Workforce Management applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Manager, Workforce Management works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.

The Manager, Workforce Management is responsible for strategically assessing organizational staffing needs and developing solutions to meet workforce objectives in alignment with enterprise goals. This role conducts comprehensive analyses of talent requirements, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and contributes to strategic planning initiatives at the enterprise level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the evaluation of workforce trends, staffing gaps, and succession planning to ensure optimal resource allocation across departmental functions.
  • Developing and implementing workforce management strategies, policies, and programs for their business unit.
  • Collaborating with departmental and enterprise leaders to support business objectives and adapt to changing organizational needs.
  • Overseeing tactical operations for workforce-related projects and initiatives within the department, including monitoring project progress and outcomes.
  • Facilitating regular workflows, meetings, and presentations to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Maintaining frequent and effective contact with managers and teams across the organization to address staffing challenges, share best practices, and foster a culture of engagement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to connect impacts from upstream and downstream partners.
  • Utilizing workforce analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies.

This position requires a demonstrated ability to drive results through collaboration, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to leadership and play a key role in advancing organizational effectiveness. The candidate will also demonstrate strong emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and have a strong, positive outlook to lead their team and supported business unit.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 or more years of Workforce Management experience
  • 3 or more years of formal management/people leading experience
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products such as OneDrive, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Experience either in or supporting a back-office team
  • Strong track-record of successfully identifying and realizing efficiencies resulting in cost savings
  • Experience supporting multiple levels of leadership and clearly articulating a business problem, solution, and everything in between.
  • Fostering and developing talent within their team and encouragement of growth.
  • Knowledge of WFO software such as NICE, Verint, or Aspect
  • This role works Eastern Standard Time zone

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$94,900 - $130,500 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
