About Human Resources Division – Talent Performance & Rewards
The Talent Performance & Rewards (TPR) team is responsible for the design and execution of HR policies, total compensation packages including staff benefits across different levels of employees, performance management structures and payroll operations. These serve to build a high-performing and effective organisation.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Policy Development & Management

• Design, review, and update compensation and benefits policies for local and overseas staff to ensure competitiveness and relevance

• Implement policy changes across compensation, benefits, and employment terms in alignment with Public Service guidelines

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

• Partner with EDB management, line managers, and key stakeholders on performance and rewards matters

• Provide guidance on manpower expenditure and budgeting decisions

• Communicate policy changes and new initiatives to employees

Systems & Operations

• Maintain expertise in EDB's HR systems (Workday and Erideon)

• Ensure accuracy of HR records and manage system enhancements

• Contribute to payroll operations and compensation computations

Support other HROD duties, as needed

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and implement solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail

• Proficiency in HR systems (Workday and Erideon)

• Singaporean

• Public Service HR policy and compensation/benefits experience preferred
