HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Manager, Talent & HR Operations plays a critical role in executing the systems, training, and documentation that enable our manager-led talent model. This role focuses on maintaining and communicating HR operational processes, driving adoption of LinkedIn Learning and development tools, and supporting enterprise-wide programs such as leadership training, executive development, and intern programs. As a hands-on partner, this manager ensures processes are clear, documented, and accessible to leaders across stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices. 
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent & HR Operations and is based in our Buckhead office (4 days a week on-site).
Program Support & Operational Excellence (35%) 
- Monitor HR operational practices for consistency across stores, DCs, and corporate offices; recommend enhancements to improve scalability and efficiency. 
- Lead and execute performance management and succession planning key milestones (e.g. goals, performance reviews and talent reviews)  
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring leaders understand and adopt updated tools or workflows. 
- Partner with HRBPs and cross-functional teams on enterprise projects related to talent and operational execution. 
Learning & Development Execution (35%) 
- Responsible for LinkedIn Learning: develop strategies and communication to drive employee engagement/usage, maintain platform, curate and communicate content, track usage, and support reporting. 
- Partner with Senior Manager to document and train leaders on new or updated manager-led processes. 
- Support execution of bi-annual leadership training (e.g. Management Essentials), including logistics, communications, and tracking participation. 
- Lead the transition of leadership programs (i.e. College and executive development programs) to manager-led structures. 
HR Process Documentation & Communication (30%) 
- Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation (guides, FAQs, workflows) for HR employee lifecycle processes. 
- Partner with HR Technology to ensure system instructions and role expectations are aligned. 
- Ensure updates to processes or policies are communicated effectively across the enterprise 
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have skills and experiences: 
- A minimum of 5 years of HR operations, learning and development, or HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-location or retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for delivering information to diverse audiences
- Experience with LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday experience highly desirable)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
