Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the planning, tracking, and execution of the Transformation Project portfolio; maintain dashboards, timelines, and progress reports for leadership visibility.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Technology, Clinical Services, Finance, HR, and other departments to align on objectives, milestones, and resource needs.
Implementation Support: Drive initiative-level execution — facilitating project meetings, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring accountability across teams.
Performance & Reporting: Create and manage consistent reporting frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics for each strategic initiative. Provide regular updates to the VP and executive leadership.
Process Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities in existing workflows; propose and implement scalable processes that improve speed, quality, and efficiency of project delivery.
Change Management: Support communication, training, and adoption plans associated with new initiatives, ensuring smooth organizational rollout and stakeholder engagement.
Other: Other tasks as assigned
