As Manager within the Sourcing Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity and quality of supply for Pfizer’s global product portfolio. By driving strategic sourcing decisions , supporting Projects management across projects and enabling integrated network strategies, your work will directly impact patient access to essential medicines. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence global supply chain design and execution, contributing to improved risk management, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability.
You will be responsible for leading and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that support Pfizer’s integrated network strategy. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Defining and implementing product sourcing strategies to support global supply continuity.
- Leading governance processes and systems related to sourcing decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business development and new product launches.
- Supporting strategic decision-making through robust data analysis and scenario modelling.
Supporting project management across the teams on critical projects
Supporting localization initiatives
Managing the VM boards
- Ensuring compliance with financial, quality, environmental, and safety standards in sourcing designs.
Supporting broader team initiatives with project management and controls
As part of the Network Strategy & Analytics team, you will:
- Develop and maintain datasets to support strategic sourcing evaluations.
- Review sourcing designs against core strategic criteria including financial impact, patient supply continuity, and compliance.
- Lead the development and implementation of Sourcing Change Requests (SCRs).
- Own and manage the GSS Sourcing system.
- Drive the PGS Sourcing Governance Process.
- Partner with Network Strategy Leads and execution teams to ensure resource alignment and prioritisation.
- Contribute to sourcing strategies for new product introductions.

Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience;
OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience;
OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years of experience;
OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong project management skills in cross-functional environments.
Proven leadership in delivering results within timelines.
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
Experience with large datasets and supply/financial systems.
Ability to lead change and influence strategic decisions.
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality outcomes in dynamic settings.
Fluency in English.
