This position is responsible for managing the revenue management team focused on driving profitable growth for all brands withing the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role will focus on supporting menu pricing (strategic recommendation along with implementation), analyzing financial and customer impact of prior pricing actions, and understanding market competitiveness. This role will have 2 direct reports and be responsible for leading the team through the process of prioritizing strategic projects across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion taking strategic projects from ideation to implementation along with experience working in a portfolio of business units.
*This position has an 80% onsite requirement

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4 yr degree
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Minimum: 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, marketing analytics, or related field
Demonstrated experience in problem solving and conducting in-depth analysis to deliver strategic insights to businesses
Demonstrated experience leading a team with direct reports
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.), strong database skills (e.g., SQL, Access, etc.), and experience with Tableau
• Demonstrated ability with financial modeling and sensitivity analyses to project potential business outcomes
• Ability to lead a team with direct reports and grow and develop talent
• Inquisitive nature, constantly looking for innovative solutions to challenging questions
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to understand business drivers and utilize data to drive desired business results
• Development and sharing of presentations for peers as well as leadership teams
