Position Summary 

We are looking for a Manager to join our core product management team on the Transform Diabetes Care product. 

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in data analysis and SQL to lead internal operational reporting initiatives and serve as the primary liaison between the Product team and the Client Reporting team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports both internal decision-making and client-facing deliverables. 

The number of people living with diabetes is expected to grow from 382 million adults to more than 592 million by 2035.   People with diabetes incur 2.3x higher medical costs and $16,752 average medical expenditures per year.   

This is a big problem to tackleOur diabetes team is building and managing products that make it easier for people with diabetes to manage their medications, stay aware of their numbers, get regular screenings, and find a dietary plan that works for them.   

Responsibilities 

  • Own and maintain internal operational reporting tools and dashboards used to monitor product performance, client setup, and production processes. 

  • Partner with the Client Reporting team to understand reporting needs, translate them into product requirements, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Implementation, and Operations to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. 

  • Use SQL and data analysis to investigate issues, validate data, and support reporting enhancements. 

  • Document and communicate reporting processes, data definitions, and product dependencies. 

  • Prioritize reporting-related feature requests and operational improvements based on impact and feasibility. 

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including readiness checks and production tracking. 

  • Support in the articulation of product positioning and differentiation against competition 

  • Define, refine, and track product key performance indicators 

  • Deliver quantitative analyses that will yield answers to the critical questions at hand; oversee the successful delivery of timely, accurate analyses 

  • Use data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to identify and prioritize a product backlog that will drive differentiation and value creation Drive cross-functional stakeholder management to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives 

  • Identify opportunities to reduce the complexity and increase efficiency in projects and processes

  • Advanced project management and Microsoft software application skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)  

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5 or more years of experience in product management, business intelligence, or data analytics (graduate level education may substitute for experience) 

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets. 

  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization best practices. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. 

  • Familiarity with client-facing reporting workflows and operational processes is a plus 

  • Experience effectively working with 10+ colleagues across multiple functional areas such as Business Strategy, Commercialization, Clinical Strategy/Support/Operations, Technical Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Advanced degree in a business-related or health-related field 

  • Experience in the health insurance, pharmacy benefits management, and/or chronic condition management space 

  • Previous experience working with remote teams  

Location 

  • This position can work remotely or from one of the CVS Health corporate locations 

  • Occasional travel may be required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
