This role will work closely with cross-functional teams — Operations, Product, Risk, Finance, and Compliance — to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement scalable solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
-Map, analyse, and optimise core business processes to eliminate waste and improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
-Partner with Product, Tech, and Ops teams to design automation opportunities and integrate them into existing systems.
-Define and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and SLAs to measure process health.
-Lead root-cause analyses (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to address recurring operational issues.
-Build frameworks for process governance, documentation, and change management.
-Champion a culture of process discipline and data-driven decision-making across the org.
-Collaborate with leadership to identify high-impact projects that improve cost efficiency, scalability, and risk management.

What You’ll Need:
-5–8 years of experience in process excellence / business process re-engineering / operational excellence, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or consulting.
-Proven experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. Certification is a plus.
-Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data analysis and performance measurement.
-Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on process automation or workflow improvements.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — ability to influence without authority.
-A bias for action, curiosity to dig into data, and passion for continuous improvement.

Why Fi:
At Fi, we’re redefining how India experiences money — through data, design, and technology. You’ll work on high-impact projects that shape how millions interact with their finances, while building scalable systems that support Fi’s next phase of growth.
