Job Overview:
The Manager – Premium Sales is responsible for generating PKR 28M (~$100K) in monthly upsell revenue by leading strategic sales initiatives in close collaboration with the Customer Success team and subject matter experts. This role combines hands-on sales execution with high-level pipeline management and serves as a key driver of revenue growth within the existing client base. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and execute a quarterly upsell plan to achieve a $1M Annual Recurring Revenue target
Create a Customer Success-friendly qualification and handoff playbook within 45 days
Train 100% of Key Account Managers and Support agents on a “commercial cue card” for each add-on within 60 days
Maintain pipeline coverage at 3× and produce a 90-day sales forecast with ±5% accuracy
Establish an approval matrix and ensure deals close within an average cycle time of 30 days or less
Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing;; foreign education is a plus.
They should have 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, CRM, and team coordination .
