Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Manager, EMEA Partner Marketing, based in the UK to help make this happen.

Position Overview and Objective 

The Manager EMEA Partner Marketing role is a strategic, self-sufficient marketer responsible for developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive engagement, growth, and revenue across Arctic Wolf’s EMEA partner ecosystem. This role delivers high-impact engagement across executives, technical, and sales audiences while aligning closely with the Senior Director of EMEA Channels to support regional strategy and partner ecosystem expansion. 

 

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in to- and through-partner marketing, experience managing partner incentive programs, and proven ability to collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders. They will be instrumental in creating business continuity and scalable frameworks across the region.  

 

Reporting to the Director, Global Partner Marketing, this role balances strategic thinking with operational excellence and creativity. Previous experience in cybersecurity is preferred. 

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Design and execute high-impact partner programs that strengthen relationships and elevate the partner experience across EMEA 

  • Own and manage budgets in various currencies for all EMEA partner enablement programs, working closely with in-region Field Marketing teams to ensure accurate forecasting, cost control, and alignment with ROI, pipeline contribution, and regional priorities 

  • Report on performance metrics, including ROI, partner-sourced pipeline, and engagement KPIs to demonstrate impact and guide investment decisions 

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for flagship partner engagement initiatives in EMEA, including the Partner Advisory Council (PAC) and Partner Leadership Summit  

  • Oversee the GameChangers partner incentive program to deliver compelling, results-driven benefits that attract and retain top EMEA partners 

  • Lead regional strategy and execution for Arctic Wolf’s Global Partner Week, in collaboration with EMEA stakeholders and the global partner marketing team 

  • Create scalable through-partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with alliances, vendors and global stakeholders  

  • Collaborate with Channel and Enablement teams to support partner onboarding, readiness, and certification initiatives 

  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations (e.g., GDPR) and cultural localisation of campaigns for maximum impact 

  • Work with the regional Field Marketing team to develop compelling content for the monthly EMEA Partner Howl newsletter, ensuring alignment with partner priorities and regional initiatives 

  • Collaborate closely with EMEA Marketing and Channel teams to understand regional requirements and tailor strategies accordingly—ensuring localized relevance 

  • Partner with key stakeholders across Marketing to ensure essential assets are localised and optimised to support key initiatives and campaigns 

 

Strategic Partner Engagement & Ecosystem Growth 

  • Elevate partner engagement into a strategic growth driver by translating lifecycle strategy into actionable programs and communications in partnership with global and regional stakeholders and performance data to inform benefit design, optimize channel strategy, and guide investment decisions across EMEA 

  • Strengthen partner loyalty and advocacy through exclusive experience, targeted incentives, and gamified campaigns that reinforce the value of partnership 

  • Activate partner engagement and drive more partner-led GTM activities by enhancing AW’s relevance through win stories, targeted communications, and social campaigns that showcase compelling and competitive advantages. 

  • Develop scalable engagement frameworks and playbooks that can be replicated across regions to ensure consistency and impact 

  • Measure and improve partner sentiment and engagement health to drive continuous improvement and alignment with Arctic Wolf’s partner-first strategy 

  • Align with Channel Leadership, Global Partner Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to deliver a unified and high-value partner experience across EMEA 

  • Share regional best practices globally to support innovation, scalability, and consistency across partner types and geographies 

 

Key Skills 

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in developing and executing partner programs that deliver measurable business impact. They possess deep expertise in through-partner marketing, incentives design, MDF management, and joint go-to-market execution, along with hands-on experience working with vendors to manage joint marketing initiatives. 

With executive presence and excellent communication skills, they can effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. Their deep channel acumen includes a solid grasp of partner business models and profitability levers. Analytical and data-driven, they can excel in project management and are comfortable using tools such as Salesforce, PRM platforms, and marketing automation systems to support campaign execution and performance tracking.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required to collaborate effectively across global teams 

  • Proficiency in additional EMEA languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a strong advantage 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications, or related field of study 

  • 7-10+ years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing  

  • Comfortable leveraging marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance 

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%, namely to Partner events   

 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience working for cloud services/security technology company with 5-7 + years directly relevant experience preferred 

 

 

Environment and Physical Demands 

  • Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment 

  • Requires ability to utilise technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity. 

  • If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space 

  • In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilise public and private transport and navigate to essential locations 

  • May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g. office chair, reams of paper)
