Manager of Inclusive Culture

Novi, MI (Humboldt Drive) Full time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Inclusive Culture to lead the development, implementation, and execution of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategic plan. This role will focus on creating an inclusive culture that fosters a sense of community, belonging, and psychological safety for all employees. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the VP, Talent Development and Culture, and will play a key role in driving inclusive leadership development, networking, and training initiatives. Additionally, this role will help build out trainings for our Edge Training Program, ensuring that our employees have access to comprehensive learning opportunities that promote inclusive leadership and cultural competence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute the DEI strategic plan, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time, with measurable business impact and in alignment with Lineage's core values, organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and support the development of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including leadership roles, membership, and allyship opportunities by setting clear success metrics, tracking progress, and delivering value to members and the business
  • Design and deliver inclusive leadership development training programs, workshops, and conversations that promote a culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate slates
  • Partner with Internal Communications to develop and implement effective communication strategies that promote DEI initiatives and successes
  • Work closely with the DEI Advocacy Team to amplify DEI efforts and initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ERG leaders, business leaders, and employees to drive inclusive culture initiatives
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to measure progress against goals, using insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making
  • Influence others without authority, using expertise, data, and compelling storytelling to drive change

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI strategic plans
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Experience designing and delivering inclusive leadership development training programs and workshops
  • Strong knowledge of DEI best practices, research, and trends
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ERGs, talent acquisition, and internal communications
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks and models (e.g., IDRA, RICE)
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
