POSITION TITLE: Manager, National Talent Solutions
OFFICE: Remote
REPORTS TO: Sr. Director, National Talent Solutions
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative team member to join our Talent Solutions team with a focus on campus enablement, learning, and staff development. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our mission by designing and delivering effective training, onboarding, and performance review and support for Talent Solutions staff across regions. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing strong teams, improving systems, and driving job attainment outcomes. They will lead efforts to ensure accurate and accessible process documentation, facilitate cross-regional collaboration, and surface actionable insights from performance data. This role also requires a proactive approach to identifying operational gaps and contributing to strategic solutions, while also managing key account relationships to enhance engagement and alumni success. For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary of $60,000/year, with a range between $55,000/year and $60,000/year, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides, and alignment with qualifications and experience.
