POSITION TITLE: Manager, National Talent Solutions

OFFICE: Remote

REPORTS TO: Sr. Director, National Talent Solutions

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative team member to join our Talent Solutions team with a focus on campus enablement, learning, and staff development. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our mission by designing and delivering effective training, onboarding, and performance review and support for Talent Solutions staff across regions. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing strong teams, improving systems, and driving job attainment outcomes. They will lead efforts to ensure accurate and accessible process documentation, facilitate cross-regional collaboration, and surface actionable insights from performance data. This role also requires a proactive approach to identifying operational gaps and contributing to strategic solutions, while also managing key account relationships to enhance engagement and alumni success. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Learning Management and Staff Development 

  • Develop and deliver Learning Sessions for Talent Solutions staff, offering key process and tool updates with guidance for best practices to drive job attainment
  • Coordinate with multiple departments and staff to ensure all training materials related to Hubspot, Salesforce, and Talent Solutions processes are accurate and easily accessible 
  • Facilitate regional TSOL meetings to improve employer engagement and collaboration across regions
  • Lead onboarding training and performance tracking for all new Talent Solutions staff
  • Identify issues in training, operations, or onboarding and present clear solutions to campus and national leadership.
  • Collect and summarize staff feedback on training materials, SOPs, and process guidance

Campus Enablement

  • Partner with the Manager of Systems & Data to review Salesforce and HubSpot data by site, identify trends, and flag risks.
  • Develop site-level performance reports for campus and national leadership.
  • Manage TSOL Slack channels and maintain key documentation and resources.
  • Monitor how staff use sourcing and business development tools and recommend improvements.
  • Review staff usage of business development, sourcing, and related tools, leveraging underutilized resources to improve campus operations
  • Elevate local campus concerns and support national job attainment strategies.
  • Provide short-term coverage for account management or job order support for sites.

Account Management

  • Partner with assigned Platform and Referral accounts to share relevant updates and job orders with alumni and staff
  • Support Talent Solutions Staff in pitch development, sector and occupational analysis, and prospect research to develop employer pipelines

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO US:

Professional Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Performance Remediation, Workforce Services, or Business Development with a proven track record of developing and growing sustainable partnerships with businesses and/or employers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills to work across functions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing solutions to diverse stakeholder needs focused on strategic goal allignment
  • Career and job development with specific experience in training focused on job attainment
  • Experience with social media platforms and professional communication
  • Data-savvy and metrics-oriented
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot or similar CRMs

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary of $60,000/year, with a range between $55,000/year and $60,000/year, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides, and alignment with qualifications and experience.
