Position Overview
The Pharmacy Marketing team is responsible for the strategic positioning and marketing of the core pharmaceutical distribution for the various classes-of-trade in the Pharmaceutical & Specialty Solutions division. Team members develop and execute go-to-market positioning, strategic marketing plans and tactical programs to meet business objectives.
The Manager, Marketing – Health Systems & Hospital Pharmacy is responsible for the seamless integration and execution of major marketing campaigns to support our brand, enhance customer experience with value added solutions and grow our distribution market share within the acute classes-of-trade. This includes implementation of value proposition and core messaging to build awareness and thought leadership. This role will lead execution of omni-channel marketing strategies, elevating brand awareness and improving engagement to increase ROI and sales. This role is also accountable for supporting the execution of key brand and experience initiatives like in-person events and meetings. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing – Health Systems & Hospital Pharmacy to build strong relationships across the organization to reinforce the value of marketing as a strategic partner and to ensure the marketing needs of the business are being met. This role will work closely with a cross functional team including Sales, Product & Solution Owners, Solution Operations, Market Intelligence and Analytics, Communications, Legal, Compliance, Digital & Social Media teams, and others. This position is accountable for marketing execution of tactical efforts including advertising, content development, social media, brand-building, and other communication efforts with current and prospective customers.
