JOB PURPOSE
The Market Insight manager position is charged with providing the brand team with penetrating and actionable insights generated through research, data and competitive intelligence. As a core member of brand team, the incumbent will support marketing managers, marketing Director by identifying business issues, designing research project, analyzing the results and providing actionable insights. In addition, the manager is responsible, by working with marketing team, in planning, executing and managing the market research/competitive intelligence budget for each brand.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
1. Work as a core member of brand teams to identify business issues, plan, execute and manage market research projects/competitive intelligence for multiple TAs. Communicate insights with key stakeholders, and identify actions to address specific issues (60%)
2. Work closely with marketing team to support annual brand plan/launch readiness plan process mainly in fact book part (20%)
3. As core member of AZ market research/CI skill center (10%)
4. Syndicated database management (10%).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor required, but Master preferred in marketing, business administration, statistical analyses, medical, pharmacy
2. Prefer candidate with abundant Real World Evidence analysis experience/ skills.
3. Mastering of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies and their applications.
4. Good storyline telling & power point skills.
5. Good internal communication and project management skills.
6. Be able to develop customized research to address business issue together with cross functional team.
7. Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales/marketing, superior communication and influencing skills.
