Within iGTM, the Go-to-Market Strategy Manager for Seasonal & Category Integrated Planning is a strategic role that leads sales strategy development for Target’s most important retail moments. This role combines strategic thinking and creative execution to connect enterprise priorities with guest insights, driving growth for Roundel through impactful content and marketing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Partnership & Collaboration
Day-to-day pyramid integrated marketing partner (E&B, F&B or Discretionary) in Partner Solutions Group and Enterprise
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and integrate enterprise priorities into revenue-driving strategies
Partner across immediate Go-To-Market team to ensure enterprise alignment and maximize growth
Strategic Support & Content Creation
Create cohesive, holistic partner-facing pitch materials and sales collateral for key enterprise moments
Provide strategic sales thought partnership to Partner Solutions Group to drive growth through key moments
Integrate uniquely Target opportunities into key moment sales materials
Market Intelligence & Analysis
Maintain deep understanding of retail media landscape, Roundel product suite and value proposition to inform storytelling
Translate market insights into actionable sales strategies and messaging
Analyze performance, identify insights, and optimize future seasonal strategies based on results
Project Management & Process Development
Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Establish and maintain efficient workflows, routines, and operating practices to ensure consistent and high-quality collateral execution.

About you
5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales, marketing, sales enablement or retail
Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
Proven ability to translate insights into actionable, integrated plans
Experience managing complex programs across multiple stakeholders and business areas.
Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and continuous improvement.
Skilled in storytelling, sales enablement, and translating strategy into actionable client-facing solutions.
Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity in evolving business landscapes.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
