Build strong cross-functional partnerships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and external partners to drive systemic change and advance I&B commitments.
Ensure operational excellence and accountability through project management discipline, measurement of outcomes, and application of industry best practices to continuously innovate.
Broad knowledge of current inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement trends, as well as change management best practices
Proven ability to leverage project management, data, and stakeholder engagement to influence broad groups of leaders without direct authority
Strong business acumen with experience partnering across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Functions to align culture, talent, and inclusion goals
