As the Manager, Growth Marketing at 7shifts, you’ll own the strategy and infrastructure behind integrated campaigns and lifecycle programs that drive conversion, activation, retention, and growth. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Marketing, you’ll build scalable growth systems using automation tools, LLMs, and no-code/low-code platforms to enable experimentation and efficiency. Partnering with Sales and Product, you’ll create seamless experiences that convert prospects and expand customer value, all while leading a passionate team committed to delighting our audience.
