Abbott has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis supporting the global Digital Health Solutions business unit within the Core Diagnostics business. This organization is responsible for sales of our AlinIQ suite of products. This position is critical and supports the Divisional Vice President of Digital Health Solutions, Area Commercial Directors and other members of the organization. The Manager will lead the forecasting processes for the full business unit P&L, provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analytics and ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial information. 
 
What You’ll Work On 
- Prepare financial annual budgets and forecast updates for HQ Digital Health Solutions organization.
- Coordinate and consolidate the annual budget & forecast updates and prepare analytics for global Digital Health Solutions business unit.
- Manage month-end close process and reporting of monthly financial results.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis. 
- Provide strategic financial support, including financial modeling and analysis for ongoing key business initiatives, strategic projects, and business opportunities, including acquisition target financial modeling.  
- Perform ROI and payback analysis on new products and major capital expenditures. 
- In collaboration with Commercial Excellence, lead the monthly IBP process for the business unit, to give greater sales pipeline visibility and actionable mitigation intelligence to business unit senior leadership. 
- Assist with preparation of financial presentations and KPIs to be shared with senior leaders within the organization.
- Provide financial guidance to budget managers, including providing financial guidance for capital projects.
- Create sustainable and efficient FP&A processes leading to ongoing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies.
Required Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Minimum 5+ years of financial planning and analysis experience. 
- Commercial finance experience a plus. 
- Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
- Knowledge and application of financial planning and accounting concepts, procedures and practices, including processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting. 
- Candidate must possess strong technical skills (e.g., Excel, Power Point) with ability to learn systems quickly. 
- Ability to apply professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve routine problems and exercise independent decision making. 
- Must have strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills and the ability to interact with various levels of senior management. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
- MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Experience with SAP, TM1 and Essbase is preferred. 
-  Proven experience to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- Financial modeling experience. 
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter, with ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment highly preferred.

The base pay for this position is 
$97,300.00 – $194,700.00
