About the Role
The Manager, Falcon Complete will lead a team of Agile Delivery Leads and Senior Agile Delivery Leads supporting the Falcon Complete organization. This role is responsible for building and scaling agile practices, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of major initiatives across multiple business units. You'll partner closely with Falcon Complete leadership to mature agile processes, develop team members, and remove organizational impediments. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution to support high-performing agile teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Agile Delivery Leads and Senior Agile Delivery Leads through effective hiring, coaching, mentorship, and timely feedback via recurring 1:1s and bi-annual goal setting and performance evaluations

  • Partner with Falcon Complete senior leadership to define agile transformation strategy, manage and maintain the strategic roadmap, and ensure team execution aligns with broader business objectives

  • Provide strategic direction for technical tooling and process architecture, empowering your team to implement scalable workflows, automation frameworks, and reporting solutions

  • Establish team performance metrics, conducting regular reviews with leadership to demonstrate value delivery and identify optimization opportunities

  • Champion organizational change management initiatives, advocating for agile best practices and securing executive buy-in for process improvements

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to align agile delivery capabilities with evolving business needs and remove systemic blockers

  • Track team and organizational OKRs, providing regular progress updates to leadership and ensuring alignment between tactical execution and strategic outcomes

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines

  • 8+ years of experience in agile delivery, technical program management, or technical project management roles

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities

  • Experience with agile metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision making

  • Proven track record of building and scaling agile teams and practices in complex, fast-paced environments

  • Expert knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Bonus Points:

  • People management experience, including leading, coaching, mentoring, and/or performance management

  • Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS organizations

  • Advanced agile certifications (CSM, A-CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe Program Consultant, or similar) and/or Advanced Project/Program Management certifications (PMP, or similar)

  • Experience as a Jira global admin with expertise in scheme management, permission configurations, automation, advanced plugins, and enterprise-wide governance

  • Background as a practicing Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $125,000 - $180,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
