The Product Integrity organization is responsible for ensuring our products are released under configuration control on-time, with the proper quality and rigor. Product Integrity is a multi-disciplinary organization including configuration management, data management, documentation and CAD model checking, drawing release managers, jurisdiction and classification assessors, and information security owners that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.
The Sensors Surveillance and Space CM department is looking for an individual to perform the role of a LTAMDS Configuration Management Coordinator Lead.
This position in an on-site role located in Andover, MA
What You Will Do
On-boarding/training of all new hires including:
CM technical knowledge of respective programs
Processing of all types of action documents in PDM
Report running
Mentoring interns
Managing action document work queue
Ensure action document reviews/workload are evenly spread over work queue
Accountable to KPI’s:
Manage to a 1-day cycle time on CM Reviews and Snapshot tasks
Productivity Metrics
Quality Metrics
Run bi-weekly (at minimum) Configuration Management User Group (CMUG) meeting
Provide performance development mentoring
Help draft goals
Staffing input
Involved in hiring process
Process all types of action documents, including class 1 ECPs, at an expert level
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience, OR in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.
8 years of related experience in data or configuration management
Experience with estimating, proposing, and/or managing configuration management cost and schedule
Experience with generating product configuration metrics and reports
Experience with standards and processes, such as described in EIA-649, Configuration Management Standard
Qualifications We Prefer
Experienced in maintaining product structure and configuration management of data within Windchill Product Data Management
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of systems, hardware and processes on multiple IDS Programs
Experience with Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI)
Strong business acumen including planning, forecasting, analytical skills, and ability to negotiate and influence
Proven ability to coordinate & manage project issues, risks and changes
Strong skills in interpersonal communications, relationship building, and in collaborating on cross-functional teams comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
