Locations: Thane| Hybrid
Role Overview: This senior-level role is responsible for leading field service operations (specific region TBA) in India, with a strong focus on team supervision, inventory oversight, and technical delivery. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of hands-on experience in AV/VC systems, IT infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management across the various economic zones in India and is capable of mentoring junior technicians while maintaining operational excellence.

What You Will Get To Do:
Lead and supervise a small team of field technicians across multiple sites
Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV/VC systems and IT hardware
Manage inventory across all Indian office locations, including asset tracking, stock levels, and procurement coordination
Ensure compliance with EH&S protocols and site-specific operational standards
Maintain accurate service documentation, inventory logs, and reporting dashboards
Liaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, and procurement teams to resolve escalations
Support onboarding and training of new hires and junior staff
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and SOP refinement
What You Will Bring:
Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, IT, or related technical field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in field service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Proven expertise in AV/VC systems (Cisco, Poly, Zoom Rooms), networking, and structured cabling
Strong command of inventory management systems and asset lifecycle processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English and Hindi; ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
Willingness to travel across North India as required
